Finale Training Before The Big Push!!

Saturday the 1st of September will see us all setting off on our C2C Challenge, so we decided where best to end our last training ride than at the Holy Grail itself Silverdale!!!

The training ride was our last big run at 70 miles, taking in  Kendal, Killington Barbon and Dent.  The   training ride incorporated the last twenty miles we will do on the big day through Whittington and on to the finishing point at Silverdale.

Iain Sharpe just at the summit of Whittington coming up from Kirby Lonsdale to Burton in Kendal!

Steve Dollard on the beach at Silverdale, he has hinted he will be taking a dip after completing the C2C, which means he will be competing in a Triathlon, the water is cold he will be sprinting out :)

Looking like professional cyclists in our team shirts provided by Vic Humphries at the Electric Centre
