The Challenge-104 mile cycle ride, Coast To Coast starting at Saltburn on the East Coast and finishing at Silverdale on the West Coast then on to The Ship Inn at Sandside for well earned refueling all in 1 day, it will require lots of training and it will not be for the faint hearted, possibly taking up to 12 hours in the saddle!
